Reiki Attunements – Level 1

Reiki level one starts to enable the student to start to open to feeling and connecting with the reiki energy. This course is run online and in 3X 1-hour sessions including self-healing work in between sessions with case study forms to completed which we discuss at each session.

You will be attuned to the basic Reiki energy at each session to ensure its as strong and as stable as it can be in your system. I may also clear some blockages if necessary. However, the reiki energy itself is very powerful and I’ve been able to attune students at all levels. You will also be taught about the history of reiki and have a good understanding of the uses and benefits of reiki.

Basic understanding of energetic hygiene also taught at this stage depending on your needs and the way your energy system is working.

Each student will be given self-healing exercises to be carried out by audio link and a book to study before any attunement sessions.
